Joan Baezのカバーもいいけど、僕はThe Searchersヴァージョンが好き。
この時代は良い原曲があって、それをいろんな人たちが歌ってた。
P.F.Sloanの作ったEve of DestructionもBarry McGuireがヒットさせた。
で、やっぱBarryよりThe Turtlesのバンドサウンドが好きな自分。
もちろん、RCサクセションのカヴァーも好きだ。
５年ほど前から、この頃のレコードに針を落とす回数が多くなったなぁ・・・
